This marks the first project in which Rafael Advanced Defense Systems is investing as a developer in an income-producing property, and the first collaboration between Rafael and Ariel Properties as the property's management company.
Ariel Properties was awarded the tender as part of an Integrated Facility Management (IFM) project and has accompanied the project from its earliest planning stages.
The project brought together several Electra FM Group companies, including Electra FM, Michlol, Electra Security, Tavas, the Engineering Division, the Maintenance Division, as well as teams responsible for planning the dining floor and recruiting operational staff.
The close cooperation between the various companies and project stakeholders ensured a smooth transition into the management and operational launch phase, earning positive feedback and recognition from Rafael's representatives.
The project will be managed by Yoram Gamzu, who previously managed the Alpha residential project on behalf of Ariel Properties for approximately two years. He will be supported by a Maintenance Manager and a Maintenance Technician from Electra FM.
The building is expected to accommodate several companies, including multiple floors designated for Rafael employees, with a dining and employee welfare complex planned for a later stage.
