At GREENWORK Yakum, cold exposure is about much more than a physical challenge.

It is an empowering experience designed to create real value connecting body and mind, individuals with themselves, and the community with the space around them.

During the workshop, participants embraced the challenge of cold exposure while learning breathing techniques and practical tools for managing stress.

They discovered how focus, presence, and self-control can help navigate moments of discomfort, break through personal boundaries, and build a stronger sense of capability.

This is where customer experience takes on a whole new meaning not simply arriving at a workplace or a complex, but leaving with an experience, added value, and a sense that you are taking something meaningful with you.
