Bnei Arazim School serves youth who have experienced traumatic events, psychiatric hospitalizations, suicide attempts, and repeated transitions between various educational and residential frameworks.

The school includes 10 classes, each with up to eight students, supported by a homeroom teacher and a counselor. The school's professional staff is committed to advancing each student according to their cognitive abilities and emotional needs, with a strong emphasis on life skills and preparing graduates for independent living.

Electra FM has adopted the school and carries out volunteer activities together with company employees and the school's students. These activities take place on a regular monthly basis.

In addition, employees from the Group will renovate the school to provide students and the educational staff with an optimal learning environment.

To date, we have held two Krav Maga workshops for the students, led by a certified instructor from Ariel Properties.

In addition, to mark Teachers' Day on December 15, 2024, we hosted the school's teaching staff for a team-building activity at the Electra Campus in Rishonim Mall. The event was organized in collaboration with the school's management, Sari Maor, Human Resources Coordinator, and Ilay Ebers, Head of Pools & Corporate Wellness, FIT&SPA Division, Ariel Properties.

The event opened with a yoga and meditation session led by Ilay Ebers, followed by an appreciation activity led by Reut, the school's principal.
