Ariel Properties continues to promote initiatives focused on well-being, health, and community for the employees and companies operating within the properties it manages. As part of this commitment, International Yoga Month officially launched this week at Alon Sport Club, located at Alon Towers.
The opening event featured traditional Indian chai, a cacao ceremony, a community gathering, and special yoga sessions led by internationally renowned yoga instructor Sierra-May Dirsti, who traveled especially from Bolivia. The event received an enthusiastic response from employees and tenants across the complex.
The initiative reflects Ariel Properties' management philosophy, which views workplaces as much more than physical office environments. Alongside managing buildings and day-to-day operations, the company is committed to fostering active, connected communities that promote healthy lifestyles, personal well-being, and quality of life for both employees and the organizations operating within its properties.
According to Maya benhorin (levy), Fitness Club Manager at Ariel Properties: "A great workplace is about much more than offices and infrastructure. It is also about building a community that promotes health, balance, and personal well-being. Through the activities we organize for companies and building occupants, we wanted to create a unique experience that allows people to step away from their daily routine, reconnect with themselves, and discover the world of yoga in a professional and inspiring way."
She added that the strong response to the opening event highlighted the growing demand for initiatives of this kind. "Over the past year, we have all experienced a challenging and emotional period. Precisely because of that, we believe it is essential to create spaces where employees can pause, recharge, and reconnect with themselves and with the community around them. The outstanding response to this initiative demonstrates just how significant this need has become."
International Yoga Month is part of the wide range of wellness, sports, and community initiatives promoted by Ariel Properties across the properties it manages. Throughout the month, additional yoga sessions led by instructors from Israel and abroad will take place at the club, offering employees the opportunity to explore new experiences while incorporating moments of balance and well-being into their working day.
Through its A+ Fitness Clubs and additional community initiatives, Ariel Properties continues to cultivate workplace environments that combine service excellence, community engagement, and employee well-being, based on the belief that the user experience is an integral part of modern property management.
