As part of International Yoga Day, Ariel Properties hosted a series of yoga and Wellness activities designed to promote healthy living, personal well-being, and a sense of community among employees and tenants.
Throughout the week, activities took place at One Tower, Ramat Gan, Ra'anana High-Tech Park, Greenwork Yakum, the Government Complex in Netanya, and The Marathon Site. At each location, participants enjoyed an experience that encouraged them to pause their daily routine, take a deep breath, dedicate time to themselves, and embrace moments of balance and relaxation throughout the workday.
Four Hours of Movement, Breathing, and Personal Growth
A special event was held at One Tower, Ramat Gan, led by Asia Gordon, Manager of WellB+ Activities within the Fit & Spa Division, featuring four hours of practice, learning, and personal development.
The event opened with a dynamic yoga session designed for participants of all experience levels, bringing together experienced practitioners alongside those discovering yoga and mindfulness for the first time. The session focused on strengthening the body, improving flexibility, enhancing posture, and practicing mindful breathing to create a deeper connection between body and mind.
The program continued with a meditation and self-reflection workshop featuring mindfulness exercises and practical tools for developing awareness and self-listening. Through the use of inspiration cards, participants were encouraged to slow down, reflect inward, and leave with meaningful insights and practical tools they could carry into their daily lives.
Yoga in the Open Air
Additional yoga sessions were held simultaneously at Ra'anana High-Tech Park, Greenwork Yakum, the Government Complex in Netanya, and The Marathon Site. These locations became spaces for calm, movement, and connection, where participants enjoyed outdoor yoga sessions that allowed them to step away from their daily routine and focus on their health and personal well-being.
One of the highlights took place at The Marathon Site, where participants enjoyed a sunset yoga session accompanied by a muesli station. The combination of the scenery, fresh air, and mindful movement created a calming and uplifting experience that brought together health, community, and quality of life.
International Yoga Day served as a reminder that yoga is much more than physical exercise. It is a way of life that promotes awareness, balance, and personal growth, offering an opportunity to pause and reconnect, even during a busy workday.
Through community, cultural, and well-being initiatives, Ariel Properties continues to create meaningful and engaging user experiences based on the belief that people and their quality of life are fundamental to successful workplace environments. Initiatives such as these strengthen the sense of community and demonstrate how Well-being has become an integral part of the user experience in managed properties.
