Ariel Properties Presents Its Management Vision and Work Plans at Ofer Park

HR managers from the companies operating at Ofer Park gathered for the 2025–2026 Work Plans Presentation Conference, organized by Ariel Properties. During the event, the company's management vision, customer experience approach, and plans to strengthen the park's community and foster collaboration were presented.

On September 3, 2025, Ariel Properties, Electra FM's property management company, held its 2025–2026 Work Plans Presentation Conference at the Ofer Lounge in Ofer Park.

The conference was designed for HR managers from the companies operating in the park and provided an opportunity to

present the company's management vision while strengthening collaboration among the participating organizations.

During the event, Guy Rothstein, VP of Ariel Properties, presented the company's vision for the coming years and introduced the park's management team, including Haim Ben Ezri, Park CEO, and Stav Nizri Gavizon.

Later, Liat Karpel, Operations Manager at Ariel Properties, presented the company's new customer experience approach, which focuses on building a community, creating shared content, and strengthening the connections between the companies and their employees.

The conference also featured a lecture by Avi Romano, founder of the LinkedIn Executives Community, who spoke about the importance of professional networking and how meaningful connections can create added value for both employees and organizations.

Held in a personal and informal atmosphere, the conference encouraged open dialogue among representatives of the
participating companies and marked another step toward building an active and meaningful community at Ofer Park.
